Structured Sessions over the next few weeks…

Firstly, very well done to those hardy souls who turned out between thunderstorms on Thursday! We had to postponed Emma’s session due to ground conditions but some useful fun runs were had around the area. Emma’s session will be rescheduled – look out for news on that soon!

Our regular Tuesday structured training sessions will continue throughout the Summer, led by the excellent and enthusiastic Jez Wilkinson whilst Eric spends some quality time with his bionic knee.

Next session is Tuesday 31st July, focusing on speed endurance. Location should be KJS fields – meet as usual at the Cricket club, ready to stride out at 7.30pm.

Tuesday 7th August will also offer Structured Training, plus the chance to try Hoka One One’s ‘Clifton 5’ shoes, courtesy of Up & Running: Clifton 5 Try-on night
