Tuesday Night Quality Sessions From October 10th to October 30th 2018.

The sequence of sessions you note below are an attempt to give the best build up to the last two Club Championship events Whixley 10k and Guy Fawkes 10. For those not competing in either of those events the sessions are there for increasing your general fitness.
