Tomorrow – Tuesday 23rd June – Fitness Session with Emma Kicks
A final reminder that our scheduled session with our visiting coach, Emma Kicks, will go ahead tomorrow (Tuesday 23rd June) at 7.30pm. The focus is Strength and Conditioning for Runners.
If you are planning on taking part, Emma has asked that you try to have the following equipment if possible: Theraband, couple of small weights (tinned goods will do) a bigger weight (kettlebell or dumbell). Some kind of long stick such as broom or mop! And a box, step or chair to put your feet on for bridges.
The session will have a warm up round, a legs and glutes round, a hiit-style fitness round and a core round. All exercises designed to help running form and fitness.
