Running Fitness Session with Emma Kicks
We’re delighted to announce that our visiting coach Emma Kicks, will be providing another remote training session at 7.30pm on Tuesday 14th July. The session will be delivered into your home using Zoom.
We had great feedback from those taking part in the previous session, which is free to all our members. All exercises in the session are designed to help running form and fitness. For example, the previous session included a warm up round, a legs and glutes round, a HIIT-style fitness round and a core round.
If you are planning on taking part, Emma has asked that you try to have the following equipment if possible: Theraband / stretch band, couple of small weights (tinned goods will do) a bigger weight (kettlebell or dumbell), some kind of long stick such as broom or mop! And a box, step or chair to put your feet on for bridges.
We will provide the login details for the session to you via email prior to the event.
