NuMindSet – ‘Food for Mood’
Our very own Georgina Townsend will be talking about nutrition after our training session on Tuesday 14th September. Georgina is a BANT registered nutritionist. She is passionate about redefining mental health as brain health, and mood disorders as physical imbalances. She helps her clients to restore optimal mental wellbeing through diet and lifestyle changes. For more information click here
5K Time Trial and Tom Williams
Tuesday 21st September will see the second running this year of our 5k Club Time Trial – this time for real, rather than virtual. A great chance to measure your progress or put a marker down to work from over the winter. Sign-up will be in the Cricket Club from 7pm, setting off at 7.30pm. That will be followed at 8.30pm by a talk from Tom Williams, the Chief Operating Officer of parkrun Global. Places are limited for the talk: please contact James Wright to reserve your place.
Knaresborough Crag Rat Run
This takes place on Sunday 26th September from 11am and we have entries flooding in! We will be looking for volunteers to help marshal and help with refreshments – watch out for information in the next couple of days.
