Running fitness training with Emma Kicks (Members only)

We’re delighted to confirm that next Tuesday’s running fitness session (18th August) will be going ahead online with our visiting coach, Emma Kicks. Please note the slightly earlier time of 7pm.
The nature of the session will be similar to previous ones, working on areas of core strength which will improve your running, balance and help to prevent injury. The session will be delivered into your home using Zoom.
If you would like to book your place (it’s free for our members) – please join the event on our Facebook Forum, or email a note to email@example.com to say that you’re interested. This will help us to manage numbers with Emma. We will provide the login details via our facebook forum the day prior and also email them to all our members.
